Hayde Construction is delighted to present a case study of our successful commercial construction project, Gymgear Showroom. This project epitomizes our versatility and adaptability, as we transformed a storage unit into a state-of-the-art showroom for gym equipment. Our client, Gymgear, entrusted us with the task of creating a dynamic, functional space that showcased their products and provided an exceptional customer experience.
Challenges Faced:
1. Space Transformation: Converting a storage unit into a showroom required creative design solutions to optimize the available space for Gymgear’s product display while ensuring a comfortable shopping experience for customers.
2. Technical Integration: Seamlessly integrating the low-current systems with the existing infrastructure, particularly in a space that was not initially designed for such systems, demanded meticulous planning and execution.

Project Overview:
The primary challenge was the transformation of a standard storage unit into an inviting showroom. We maximized the 170-square-meter space to display Gymgear's extensive range of gym equipment, creating an attractive and customer-friendly environment.
The interior underwent a complete refit, remodel, and fresh painting to establish a modern and appealing aesthetic. The use of contemporary materials and finishes enhanced the overall ambiance of the showroom.
We conducted extensive electrical work to ensure proper lighting and power distribution throughout the showroom. Adequate lighting was crucial to highlight the gym equipment on display effectively.
To facilitate the handling and movement of heavy gym equipment, we built a forklift bay within the showroom. This addition improved logistics efficiency and safety.
We integrated a comprehensive low-current system, including fire alarms, CCTV surveillance, and network cabling, to enhance security and connectivity within the showroom. This system ensured the safety of the facility and provided seamless networking capabilities.
