Eurogene A1 Project
Introduction
Challenges Faced:
1. Minimizing Disruption: Keeping the office unit operational during the remodeling process required careful scheduling and consideration to minimize disruption to Eurogene A1’s daily operations.
2. Integrating Modern Technology: Ensuring that the newly integrated low-current systems seamlessly integrated with the existing infrastructure without compromising functionality was a complex task.
Project Overview:
We began by enhancing the structural integrity of the building. We installed concrete hollow core slabs and applied a 75mm cement floor screed to provide a durable and stable foundation.
To improve energy efficiency and comfort, we insulated the fabricated steel beams, reducing heat loss and optimizing temperature control within the unit.
The existing office space underwent a significant transformation to accommodate the needs of 40 staff members. We redesigned the layout, creating a functional and ergonomic workspace that promotes productivity and collaboration.
Ensuring a safe and reliable electrical system was paramount. We conducted a complete electrical rewire to meet the latest standards, guaranteeing the safety of occupants and the efficient operation of equipment.
The interior and exterior of the unit received a fresh coat of paint to enhance aesthetics and create a welcoming atmosphere.
We integrated cutting-edge low-current systems, including a fire alarm system, CCTV surveillance, and network cabling, to provide security and connectivity tailored to the client's specific requirements.
To enhance energy efficiency and reduce noise, we insulated the elevator, ensuring smooth and quiet operation.
